Circular Earth Seasons Greetings

Wishing you and yours a great Christmas and new years, stay safe out there In these crazy times of covid. We have had a great year at Circular Earth.. Inviting in new clients and old , working with them to create their brands, products and structures.

We look forward to working more with our projects In project management in the new year as everyone gears up to build SS22 and AW22. Seasons are generally melting into one another, looking at seasonless product and layering on a high summer or high winter offer is paramount as we ask our collections to be more fluid and multi use.

Many of our clients are building with genderless and gender fluid options with many customers out there really expressing themselves more authentically. In sustainability It is super important to be reactive to the market – so that you are offering things that are relevant or adaptive, even adjusting your marketing if needs be – yes, we also want it to be as timeless as we can so that it last long for the customer in their esteem. It’s a tough job creating something that is relevant, buyable and won’t become redundant, something people will adore for years.

If people are also sharing wardrobes and reusing so much that makes the items work harder – so longevity is something we always build in with our brands as a paramount.

Circularity and the eventual move towards the regenerative remains close to our purpose and we move into looking at ways to work with small brand circularity and so much more with our links at The Ecosystem Incubator where our clients can go on to work in collaboration on circular practice and co-creation.

One thing that I will say is that making a sustainable brand is a journey, you won’t get it 100% right first time – and we must be open to possibilities. Many of the brands that we work with are start-ups and are starting up with no experience in industry so part of our job at Circular Earth is to share not only the common critical path for each item, but to help at a support level on the processes and understanding of inner industry, troubleshooting as we go. Hiring a consultant may be a big ask at first but it will over all save your from falling into pits too early – saving time and money overall. We have designed out mastermind to help you throughout your 6 month brand creation – where we will offer support one to one as you build, which if you don’t want to move the whole creation process to us is a great option.

If you are a start up and just ready to start on your journey, we also have an entry level course on our website called Start up Strong where we have had some really great people come through mostly in the waste to wear space or in one off creation building into more industrial ways of creating – so in our one to one sessions we always look at the economics of things .. how can we make that economically viable ? is there another way to do it – always brain storming and re-creating together.

Over all we have loved welcoming in people to the Circular Earth family, we never really say goodbye – always keeping in contact and touch base as the brands continue on their journey.. so it’s never really goodbye its see you next time.

So, see you next time – In January for a fun packed year of sustainable creation with the Circular Earth family.

Seasons Greetings

Here’s what some of our clients say about us ..

''I had the pleasure to work with Rachel on my new childrenswear brand at a time I was stuck with development and sourcing. She understood instantly my brand and situation and helped me solve lots of issues. She showed dedication to my project and availability given my very tight deadlines. She can help from development to production and marketing. Overall she re-injected confidence in my project when I was feeling a bit lost on my own. I would definitely recommend her.''- Katheline Vandal, 'Vandal Kids'

''Rachel is a passionate sustainable fashion professional, she is always updated and sharing valuable information. Rachel is very generous with her knowledge, she is always open to collaborate and to help others. Rachel joined me in one of the most challenging things I have done: a crowdfunding campaign. It was fundamental to have her and her network help and support.'' - Maria Teresa Flores 'Moda en Verde'
