The past month has been about making those real collections again, It feels like covid for the worst part is behind us for now - and it is lovely to get out again feeling fabrics and meeting people in the real world.
Consulting & Project Management: Circular Earth
As you may know I worked in the fashion industry for over two decades and I love to work with forward thinking creative brands that are committed to sustainability. This is why I founded Circular Earth ( www.Circular-Earth.co.uk ) - a sustainable fashion consulting and coaching collective.
More clients have joined us this month and we are proud to be working on some new project management for new parallel brands, It generally takes 6 months from conception and design right through to creating and landing the project - so if you are wanting to launch in the spring, which is the best time for spring summer selling period - the time to start is now .. with photo shoots in between for making ready the marketing that the brand will need to launch.

Incubating the seeds: The Ecosystem Incubator
The Ecosystem Incubator ( www.TheEcosystemIncubator.com ) is something I’m deeply passionate about.
After the launch In August we have been taking on new members and continue with launching them in our podcast series.
Even with our first member numbers we have seen some members already collaborating and we took on some of our first brands into the space. We will be having our first member meeting to design think into the next stages next week and will be starting with our first Niche meeting in the area of Lingerie in November - to start co-creating those joint venture and ideas. I am so pleased to be nominated for The Forward Ladies award .. for the start up category. Even if nothing comes of it, it is so wonderful to be nominated for the work I have been creating in The Ecosystem Incubator. I love bringing people together to create change, I always have - so The Incubator was a natural step.
We are also open to sponsorship moving forward to the new year and beyond as we open the doors to larger companies that might aid the growth of the small business and indeed offer collaboration themselves.
Courses: Start Up Strong
We are building our digital downloadable content and will be ready in November to showcase the online dive in when you can course, fitting around your commitments and offering the option of an hours one to one with me or another niche expert.
